By placing an order through this website, you agree to the terms and conditions set out below. These terms are provided to ensure that both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement, and to clearly define the rights and responsibilities of both parties regarding the services we provide.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery address of the items in your order. Shipping charges will be added to the purchase total.
The price displayed at checkout is the final shipping cost for the customer.
All orders within Syria are shipped via local courier companies, and shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
All international orders are shipped via approved courier companies, and shipping costs will be automatically calculated based on the address provided at checkout.
Customers are responsible for any duties and taxes required for orders that pass through customs. These charges (if applicable) are determined by the destination country and are beyond our control.
Address changes can be made any time before the order has been dispatched.
If an item is out of stock, we will wait until it becomes available before dispatching your order. Available items will be reserved in the meantime.
If delivery time exceeds expectations, please contact us so we can investigate.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details (if available) to monitor shipment progress.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photos and contact customer service immediately. If delivered without your presence, contact us to arrange next steps.
Taxes: No VAT is currently applied within Syria.
Import Duties & Taxes: International shipments may incur additional charges depending on the destination country.
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch unless they include customized products. If already shipped, please refer to the refund policy.
Parcels are insured for loss and damage based on the shipping provider’s policy.
Refunds or replacements will be processed after the shipping provider completes its investigation.
